2. Product Information

We specialize in curated home decor items including decorative objects, kids wallpaper, planters & pots, trays & boxes, vases & jars, and wallpaper swatches. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but please note that colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

Wallpaper Swatches: These are custom-cut items and are considered final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged due to their personalized nature.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.

4. Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide except to select remote areas and certain Asian countries. Please review our shipping options below:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Includes tracking and insurance.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment. Includes basic tracking.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition
• Original packaging is intact
• All tags and protective materials are attached
• Return request is submitted within the 15-day window

Non-returnable items: Wallpaper swatches, opened or used decorative items that cannot be resold as new, and items without original packaging or showing signs of wear.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the completed Return Request Form. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification about the status of your refund. Credit card and PayPal refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after return approval and will be issued to your original payment method.
