Free Shipping
- Available for orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to select remote areas and certain Asian countries.
Returns & Exchanges
At Bloomingville Store, we believe that exceptional home decor deserves an equally exceptional customer experience. Our returns process reflects the same attention to detail and commitment to quality that characterizes our entire collection.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- All tags and protective materials must be attached
- Return request must be submitted within the 15-day window
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Wallpaper Swatches – These are custom-cut and considered final sale
- Opened or used decorative items that cannot be resold as new
- Items without original packaging or showing signs of wear
Return Process – Step by Step
Step 1: Submit Return Request
Complete our Return Request Form and email it to our customer service team at [email protected].
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 2 business days, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package Your Item
Securely package the item in its original packaging with all included materials and documentation.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Send the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your tracking number for reference.
Step 5: Confirmation
We’ll notify you once we receive and process your return at our facility.
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification about the status of your refund.
Refund Timeline & Method
- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days after return approval
- Refund Method: Processed to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Exchange Process
For exchanges, please follow the same process as returns. In your Return Request Form, clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange for. We will process your exchange once we receive the returned item and confirm the requested exchange item is in stock.
