Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Wallpaper Swatches – These are considered final sale due to their custom-cut nature
- Opened or used decorative items that cannot be resold as new
- Items without original packaging or showing signs of wear
Return Process
Step-by-Step Return Instructions
- Submit Return Request – Complete the Return Request Form below and email it to our customer service team
- Receive Authorization – Within 2 business days, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
- Package Your Item – Securely package the item in its original packaging with all included materials
- Ship Your Return – Send the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method
- Confirmation – We’ll notify you once we receive and process your return
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timeline:
- Credit card/PayPal refunds: 5-10 business days after return approval
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Exchange Process
For exchanges, please follow the same process as returns. In your Return Request Form, clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange for. We will process your exchange once we receive the returned item and confirm the requested exchange item is in stock.
